Italian Cycling Tradition Meets Craft Beer Culture on May 19th, 2012
On May 19th, 2012, Upland Brewing Co. is bringing the Gran Fondo cycling tradition to Louisville with a 100 mile course that, like Upland, brings Indiana and Louisville together.
Start your ride at Thurman Hutchins Park, then cross the river for a trip around Floyds Knobs before crossing back into Kentucky and journeying through the city of Louisville, Iroquois Park, and Jefferson Memorial Forest.
But this isn’t just a bike tour. Once you work your way back to Thurman Hutchins Park, we’ll have live music, food, and of course, beer, all included in your registration price!
Not from Louisville? No problem. We’ll have cyclists from all over the Midwest, and we’re working with nearby hotels to get special rates for our Gran Fondo cyclists.
