Tippecanoe Common Ale This single varietal brew features a heavy hand of Amarillo hops to lend substantial bitterness and a burst of citrus aroma to this medium-bodied brew. Caramel malt flavors balance nicely with the orange citrus imparted by the Amarillo hops. 5.8% 64
Smokehouse Porter (seasonal) "Robust Porter made with pale, crystal, chocolate and beechwood smoked malts. Medium bodied dark ale with chocolate overtones, moderate bitterness and an overtly smoky character. 5.4% 34
Digby's Irish Stout (seasonal) Irish Dry Stout "Brewed with pale, roasted barley and oats. The resulting black brew is light to medium bodied yet rich and creamy. Low hop bitterness with roasted flavors." 4.4% 28
