| Freestone Blonde | "A perfect transition beer for those who haven’t yet developed a taste for fuller-bodied beers." Mt. Hood and Noble hops. |
| Quarrymen Pale Ale | American-style Pale Ale. "A well-defined hop flavor and aroma distinguish this classic beer. To create our Quarrymen Pale Ale, we start with London ale yeast. Its slightly mineral character is countered by a larger proportion of hops than some popular American-style pale ales utilize. Pitching rate is also a factor in the final hop flavor and aroma. We use Schrier pale malt and crystal malt; and the hops are all Cascade with Nugget used for bittering. As ever, we do not filter the beer. The Quarrymen Pale Ale is a dry hopped beer with a lowered carbonation level, which seems to accent the hop flavor." |
