Upland Wheat Ale is a classic rendition of the Belgian Witbier (white beer) style. We brew it with organic coriander, chamomile, and orange peel to be light on the tongue and refreshingly tart. In the tradition of the Belgian Wit style, Upland Wheat Ale is unfiltered, allowing suspended yeast to create a cloudy, golden appearance and satisfying mouthfeel. Both full-bodied and easy-going, it's no wonder that Upland Wheat Ale is the flagship beer of our brewery and the best-selling beer brewed in Indiana.

Light golden color and is refreshing and bubbling. It is perfectly aged and has great character, with subtle hop flavor that balances the slight malt sweetness.

German-style hefeweizen with clove and lemon aroma. Mount Hood and Tettnanger hops (available in the spring and summer)

A blend of raspberries and wheat beer with a bright raspberry red color and just a hint of raspberry flavor and aroma. Brewed using 2-row Brewers malt, red wheat malt and Sterling hops.

German Wheat Beer

An American Wheat Ale, Gumballhead is named in honor of the underground comic book cat created by Rob Syers. Initially a seasonal summer beer, now brewed year round due to demand. This beer helped redefine American Wheat Beers. Brewed with Amarillo Hops and a generous portion of American red wheat, Gumballhead has a complex hop aroma with notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, marmalade and peach. These flavors combined with low bitterness make Gumballhead a refreshing American Wheat Beer that doesn’t suck.

Fieldhouse Wheat - Crisp and refreshing, golden in color with a white head, the Fieldhouse Wheat is moderately hopped with Amarillo hops for a thoroughly friendly experience.

An American Wheat beer. This is not your typical German or Belgian wheat beer! The American version is fermented with a neutral ale yeast for a clean taste without the strong flavor components associated with classical wheat yeasts. Light in color, with only just enough hops to balance the noticeable sweetness, this is an unusual and delicious brew!

Flat12 American Wit is quintessentially an American version of a traditional Belgian-style Wit beer. It’s a summer wheat beer that’s light and tart with the spice and zest of coriander and orange peel. Flat12 chose to forego the cloudiness of a traditional Wit beer because this style is a great warm weather thirst quencher. We figured it would be good to brighten ours up, after all, who wants summer to be cloudy.
