American-style Pale Ale. "A well-defined hop flavor and aroma distinguish this classic beer. To create our Quarrymen Pale Ale, we start with London ale yeast. Its slightly mineral character is countered by a larger proportion of hops than some popular American-style pale ales utilize. Pitching rate is also a factor in the final hop flavor and aroma. We use Schrier pale malt and crystal malt; and the hops are all Cascade with Nugget used for bittering. As ever, we do not filter the beer. The Quarrymen Pale Ale is a dry hopped beer with a lowered carbonation level, which seems to accent the hop flavor."

A classic American-style pale ale, Flat12 Puppet Show Pale has a beautiful, copper color and a big aroma from generous additions of hops. This beer is assertive, but not overbearing despite being hopped at the top end of the style. Enjoy a Puppet Show, or whatever you are doing, but keep one hand free to hold your glass.

American-style Pale Ale with Cascade hops

This beer is 3 Floyd’s American “Mild” Ale. With a more assertive hop profile that British Milds and a relatively low alcohol content this is a great session beer that still has Pale Ale characteristics. Pride and Joy is a golden color with a fruity nose and a light caramel sweetness to balance the crisp finish. A truly refreshing ale that drinks easily.

Unfiltered foggy deep orange gives a premium look. Small white head. Malty but balanced taste with a clean, quick finish.

An American Pale Ale. Our version of this American brewpub staple is a bit more bold than most (though not quite transformed into an IPA).  Because of the additional hoppiness, we gave this a tad more malt character than usual...resulting in a well-balanced and very drinkable beer.

This Pale Ale is rich and full in character with earthy hop tones and a crisp finish.

Our Lawn Mower Pale Ale is a light, slightly sweet, delicately hopped blonde ale. Appropriately named for its thirst-quenching abilities. Very quaffable

American Pale Ale with large quantities of Oregon Cascade hops and lesser amounts of other hops. A strong but pleasant hop flavor at the start with a smooth hoppy finish. Silver Medal 1995 World Beer Championships.

Belgian Strong Pale Ale. Deep amber. Grassy hop character with malt and honey sweetness.

This traditional American Pale Ale and winner of a 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Award is a combination of the finest Midwestern malts and American Hops, creating a refreshingly crisp, citrusy, and slightly bitter taste. Named for the Greek sun god, Helios Pale Ale is a great choice for those who like a lot of personality and individuality in their beer.
Helios was given its name to reflect Upland's commitment to environmental sustainability, specifically the installation of ten solar tube panels on the roof of the brewery, which have dramatically reduced the amount of natural gas used to heat water in the brewhouse.

Great Crescent Mild Ale is a Midwest interpretation of a classic English-style Mild. This beer has moderate malt aroma with biscuit, caramel and lightly roasted malt flavors. The bitterness of this beer is kept low and most people appreciate that there is a lower alcohol level without compromising on malt balance and flavor. The Great Crescent Brewery uses 5 different malts to create this beer. Our mild ale is mahogany color, clear and unfiltered to so we can maintain the fresh natural flavors craft beer drinkers are seeking.
